I have two daughters they both did their taxes at the same time different locations though, one of them got her refund by mail already. Meanwhile that one that came to this place well- was told that her tax refund was going to be available in 7 days by choosing direct deposit, that it was faster and more secure. But it’s been a month, -meanwhile she had to borrow money cuz she was told one thing and it’s a different one- then my daughter called to ask what had happened how come she hadn’t received anything and she was told that ( YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER THAT IT TAKES 21 DAYS FOR YOU TO GET YOUR REFUND ) so what happened to 7 days direct deposit? plus they charge to much.

They have poor service they don’t attend you on time and every time they say their going to call they never Call back nor if you make A appointment . They stay with all your information until you start bugging them about it and Just For your W-2 forms !! The money the government owe us ! But I don’t recommend ppl going here to do your taxes ITS REALLY A DRAG . They make up excuses so they can have time to scam you .

If you looking to open a case for inmigration go first to ask with a lawyer that really are especialice on Inmigration laws, this is a bad choice if really you filling a case here, they laying to take all the money , they invented a fake history about cause they know what do you want, they take from my pocket about 5,000$ For nothing, but thanks god immigration officers don’t do anything about my wife.
