We assist individuals with estate planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, & helping with other aspects of end-of-life or disability planning. Both lawyers assist families after a loved one has died with probate and trust administration issues. We file probate cases in most counties in Florida, including Indian River, Brevard, St. Lucie, & other surrounding counties. Kimberly A. Jones also assists clients with real estate transactions, evictions, and adult guardianship cases. Cynthia V. Hall assists business clients with corporate & LLC formation & governance, contracts, patent, trademark, & copyright.

Mrs. Cynthia hall was representing us for a case. Which in the end never got finished she was horrible at commutation and great at billing us for a job never finished, she sent it to the other parties lawyer and washed her hands of us unless we paid her a total of 3000.00! I would highly not recommend this firm to anyone especially Mrs. Hall! You pay for a service expecting a finished outcome! Not a lawyer that turns into a very greedy person only wanting to get paid for doing a crap job in the first place. What a shame and she was recommended to us…very disatisfied. Mrs. Hall knows this and told us “she will not provide and more service until she gets paid”, a unfinished service is not what we wanted. Thanks for nothing
