Chris advertise himself as an “ Expert “ on Property Tax issues but he is far from the “ Expert “ !! Last year we received mailer from him re Tax appeal , so np we contacted him and his at that time secretary by name Fiona ? Chris promised to Apeal our Tax Bill ( went up Like 40%) and That’s not a Big deal since he has a Way of Appealing Taxes for more then 30 yrs ?? Ok np , i went downtown to his office drop of all my paperwork , Phlat Survey etc etc . This is when it gets interesting , mid summer of last Yr Cook County Assessor office send us a letter saying Due to CoVid 19 , Cook County Assessor Office is reducing our tax Bill for about $1200, great np , then misteriuosly we got letter from Chris Walsh saying that Tax reduction was Due to his “ fight “ to lower our tax Bill and demanding we pay $600 ?? When i pushed him to explain Who is to Credit for 1200 tax reduction him or Cook County Assessor Office , he started to treating and saying it he Will send us to Collection Services and he doesn’t care about Government and “ Goverment “ likes us to belive that they care about us when in reality Goverment want us Unrepresented ?? I mean that was a Weird Exchange and on my Request to send him letter that we got from CCAO , he becames aggrevated and mumble something that he got some meeting and he doesn’t wanna explain anything ?? Woow what unprofessional and coward Way to treat your customers ??!! Stay away from this guy and appeal by yourself dont use this guy if You dont have to P.s if You read rest of the Reviews looks Like his family and Employees Are writing them ?? Be Aware !!
