Would not recommend. Got assigned William as a court appointed attorney and he treated it like he was a court appointed attorney. Requested evidence and witnesses and when I would come up with evidence and witnesses. He would be completely uninvolved and would do little to nothing with the information or information sources given to him. Never once did I feel confident in my defense. Once I even sent him evidence said he received it then didn’t tell me till court he never received it. But of course it wouldn’t have mattered. Because none of it mattered. Fairly confident the man could get you time on a speeding ticket. And the best part of all when a member of the court made a mistake and I wanted them prosecuted. He told me he couldn’t do anything about that. I said ok. He then proceeded to not shut up about it keep trying to minimize situation till when I told him no I want it dealt with because their actions illegal (still accepting he was not the medium to proceed with this) he quit. Leaving me 4 months in with nearly nothing as a defense. And leaving me no options but to take a deal on something I didn’t do. Giving credit where credit was due. It was a good deal. And if I would have done this I’d been happy with the outcome. But that’s not why I was disappointed in the services. I was disappointed because if I went to trial my defense was toothless and to be honest he couldn’t have listed 3 pieces of evidence I gave him.
