Visited pediatrics as a new patient because we moved. Dr Butt was amazing and deserves 5 stars. The negative part of the review is about the nurse Bernadette. She tried to turn us away at the door because she was seemingly unaware that a 3 year old is required to have a check up. Just because there are no vaccines needed it’s still important to have the checkup. Her manner was very rude but most importantly her actions almost resulted in my child missing important health care. She was also wrong, and never apologized for her misinformation. We were lucky this time but another time or another patient, this kind of misinformation can be dangerous.

Been trusting westmed since my son was born. Dr Butt, N. is extremely warm, loving , patient, and takes the extra time to explain any health issues. She brings a great deal of experience and knowledge to the practice.We are blessed and share the same confidence that all parents have when they find a keeper. I can’t recommend her enough.

It is impossible to make an appointment online. It was way easier before, but now I get an error message and it instructs me tells me to call. The call wait time is so long and the fact that you have this middle man aka the call center is horrible. My doctors are great, but sadly I have to find different doctors in a different practice that doesn’t make you jump through hoops in order to get an appointment. Do not recommend

Only a few years ago I wrote a great review with 5 stars for Westmed. I have all my doctors at Westmed for the past 20 years and up until the past 2 years it has been very good. Currently it is very poor (less than 1 star) and as most other reviews state, the follow-up to bloodwork, visits, inquiries is very poor, and mostly non-existant. I plan on moving my and my families health care elsewhere in 2022 as these poor experiences are routine now and unacceptable.

Extremely easy from start to finish. The ladies at Checkout are very nice, and each department I went to had really professional and good people working there. Highly recommend Jaron Schaumberg as well for internal medicine.

The service and scheduling are a disaster! I arrived for an appointment today and was told the doctor wasn’t even in today! I was never called or notified that it was cancelled. When I asked to reschedule it, I was told to go home and call in to the office because they don’t do the appointments. Last week I called for an appointment for my husband and was told that the doctor was overbooked for 2 weeks and I should take him to a Walk In Clinic!! I have now been on hold to speak to someone about rescheduling fore 1 hour and 6 minutes. – I received a reply to this review from a person at WestMed that said they were sorry to hear about my experience and would contact me in the next few days. Well, that never happened either. I have to say I am not surprised.

The Doctors are great but that is where it ends. If you need help, have a question, need a sick visit, or a call back for any reason whatsoever, end those expectations. Nobody calls you and you cannot get anyone on on telephone except at a call center. Been trying for days to have the office call me back. Child is very sick. We are going are going the er. The one time I missed the call back, they directed me to return the call TO THE CALL CENTER. Then proceeded to never call me back after I left another message asking them to within minutes of the original call. Cute games with the phone on their part. I called the office today AGAIN and was told a triage nurse would call me back in 15 minutes. No call back ever happened. We are on the way to the ER. It’s sad when Doctors have terrible staff or work for organizations like Westmed who don’t care or patients. I hope they call me back so I can get a copy of my records to go elsewhere. Totally unacceptable and awful. This is not an isolated incident, this is ongoing with the phone nonsense. Has happened many times before. Looking for a smaller practice where people and children matter.

Not very impressed! Staff unprofessional. My teenage son appointment was cancelled twice. My first appointment was two months ago and because he did not have his immunization it was rescheduled. Dr Butt’s nurse provided me the fax number to the office. My son former pediatrician confirmed that the fax was sent. Today we arrive to out appointment and the same issue comes up. My son’s appointment had to be rescheduled. I was told that the nurse attempted to reach me which was false. I asked the receptionist to confirm the number and the only telephone number on their file is my cell phone. It is sad that people who supposed to be professional behave I such a manner. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Needless to say we are going elsewhere.

Went today to get a COVID test and was waiting on line for about 30-45 mins just to finally get to the door for them to say they ran out of COVID tests, I don’t usually write reviews but this was just so awful, like they should keep in check how many tests they have and how many people are in line, very disappointed.
