This man is a horrible attorney! I got charged in a felony case a few years ago. I contacted Mr. Spence and let him know that I had evidence to clear my name. He failed to respond was never at his office and I can’t say I saw him even one time during entire ordeal. I sent him several emails explaining to him what my concerns where and he gave me all the times he would not be able to meet with me. I took it upon my self to contact the investigating police agency provided them and the DA’s office with the evidence I had and the case was dropped immediately. Do not under any circumstances use this man as your attorney! I am afraid of what might have happened if I did not have a good head on my shoulders.
