This review is directed to Amy since she seems to respond to them all. I have expressed concerns and disappointment in the manner of which my case is being handled. I too chose your firm based on the radio advertisement. Most of my correspondence has come via email. My accident was in Sept 2021 (almost a year). Getting information from the first case worker was like pulling teeth. So I requested to be re-assigned. The next one started out giving me information to include that the demand letter which I was not aware of (no discussion) in terms of the settle amount had been ready for over a month (now its March – 6 months later) only to realize they had not collected all my medical records. Interesting to me was the letter being ready and no discussion with me as to what I would be willing to settle for. Communication fell off to nothing at all again. . Then without my knowledge (apparently re-assigned) I get an email regarding what the adjuster’s best offer for my case. Now I’m waiting either 45-60 days to get a check after the latest correspondence or receiving the settlement documents once they let the adjuster know. I quote, “Once confirmed, I will let the adjuster know and as soon as I get the settlement documents, we will forward them to you. You will most likely be able to get a check within the next 45-60 days.” When does this clock start after the correspondence or I get the settlement docs? I did notice that communication documentation I have was every quarter so I’m hopeful by Sept I will know something.

I hired them after I had to fire I just got hit. Trust me if you get in a wreck this is definitely the law firm you want to go with. Since I hired them they have been on top of everything. Especially khie Johnson. I’m not sure if they’re aware of what an asset she is to them, but then again they may, but when I tell you she has been extremely helpful in walking me through the process and letting me know what to expect and I appreciate it. I’m still in the middle of my case but I had to take out the time now and let everyone know just how appreciative of her and them I am. Hopefully I pray the outcome is just as great if not greater than the process thus far. I’ll update you to let you know. Just like we post reviews when things are bad, I also think it’s just as important to do a review when they’re good.

I needed access to the building after hours and 2 people, including night security guard, we’re very helpful! As he was verifying I was supposed to be there, he explained his reasons for asking me so many questions (security for other tenants). Very nice and modern look on the inside. All elevators working with very little wait time then, as well as during business rush hour the next morning!

I feel they are not doing what they’re supposed to do but are ready to accept their portion of our settlement plus extra money while doing very little work. I feel that I owe Witherite law group an apology for this review. I was out of work and couldn’t support my family and was very frustrated with my own situation and let my pride get in the way of everything by not letting people know what was going on. The second I dropped my pride and talked to my attorney Chris Provost about what was going on he talked Amy Witherite and they stepped into action. To help me in every way they could. They got me and my family moved out of the state with enough to start over and pull everything back together again. I deeply apologize and thank you all for your help and may God Bless you all. Getting these people to answer a phone call, return a phone call, or reply to an email is damn near impossible. I should have known when I was referred to them by a chiropractor. I should have switched lawyers when I switched doctors. I was in another car accident after this one. They had the nerve to call and ask if I wanted them to represent me again. I went with another firm and I couldn’t be happier. My claim still hasn’t been settled with this company, it’s almost been a year, and no one will respond.
