Awful service. I took the time to fill out the information regarding disability, I was seeking options and help to gear me in the right direction, but I was met with a rude phone call when I honestly felt like they could help. I asked why she wasn’t interested in working with me, and she wouldn’t tell me the reason. And said she didn’t want to get into that. She did offer to go over/ talk about my case for her normal rate of $325 an hour, which why would I when clearly professionalism is an issue! Her doing something like not explaining the reason is potentially dangerous as she makes you feel like you aren’t worth anything. I’m now left in a very upset state because of her lack of professionalism.
