My mom and I worked with Andrew and were often assisted by Charlene L, Andrew’s paralegal. Mom was recommended two different lawyers to work with (by our realtor, the amazing Lawrence Wong and his team) and after speaking with Charlene, Mom picked Andrew. Mom says Charlene is always kind and helpful, and that sealed the deal for Mom!Andrew and team are great with answering emails and phone calls. The real estate market is hot in NYC, so they can be busy. Andrew goes between his Queens and Brooklyn offices. Andrew has always explained things to me in detail. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone detailing the contract to me before I signed it.
