I scheduled an appointment with Benson Law Firm and had to call and reschedule it due to a conflict with work, the receptionist changed the appointment to an earlier time with no hesitation. Prior to my arrival Mr. Benson’s associate called and let me know the phones were out due to a power outage and if I had any problems I could call him on the number provided. Upon my arrival the service I received was more than astounding. Kelly the receptionist was very welcoming and helped me print out paperwork I forgot to bring all with a smile as I asked her a thousand questions. Mr. Benson was prodigious as he answered my questions and helped me in my time of malaise. He was also willing to work with me on a short notice to make sure my bankruptcy was filed before an upcoming court date. Benson Law Firm is the epitome of professionalism, reliability and commitment.

I have nothing but high praise for this Attorney and his staff especially after I was swindled by JD Graham’s law firm (Ofallon, IL) and was told that I didn’t qualify for a Chapter 7 and that I could only file for a Chapter 11. I fought tooth and nail to have my documents returned to me only to be threatened by email by this so called attorney that I was trying to extort him….WOW!
