TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I can’t say enough wonderful things about “A People’s Choice” and everyone I have had contact with. They make the process seamless and simple to follow through their online portal, in addition to giving you plenty of emails with clear directions. And if you still have troubles, they can help you out over the phone. I was dragging my feet on my case and was coming close to my deadline. They were very good about reaching out to me with friendly, yet firm reminders. Yes, there is a cost for everything — but the time & headache they saved me on trying to do all the paperwork on my own was priceless! I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I paid for RUSH/Priority servicing and if you can afford it, I suggest you do the same. So very happy with this firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any court or legal document preparation service. Based on my experience, anyone who gave a one-star obviously couldn’t follow basic directions. If you can do that, you will be thrilled with this firm, too!

They will still take your money for doing nothing at all… Don’t count on them being really reachable for questions concerning your project especially on a weekend. I would hope their “chat feature in the client portal” is very different but i never was able to access that.

Now I am stuck with a service I can’t afford. I would come back and use their services if they gave me a refund after not even performing any work for me. So glad we found this service! The attorney’s estimate was between $6,000 and $8,000… A People’s Choice did it for under $600!! The process was fairly simple and when I had questions on how to fill in the forms they were standing by to help.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueWhen you first call in to obtain their services they are very nice and will tell you how easy the process will be and how much money they will save you. After I paid the initial fee and started the probate process, which is very tricky. They set me an an interview to fill out regarding my probate. When I had questions I called and the service turned very rude and I was told there not attorneys and they can’t answer any questions that I would have to consult with an attorney. Even though they now the answer! After being nickel and dime to death. I could have just used an attorney and had less headache and heartache then dealing with this company. I don’t know about their other services I can only attest to my experience regarding a probate. I have spent as much with them as if I had hired an attorney. Be careful, I wouldn’t advise using them for probate. They are very unhelpful and once they get your money they become very rude! A People’s Choice helped us throughout our entire year-long probate making the process very easy and manageable while at the same time saving us thousands of dollars in lawyer’s fees. Not only were they extremely friendly and fast to respond to our questions but they made the process simple enough that we hardly ever had to contact the courthouse directly and we even had a hearing done without an appearance. They really care about the process and helping you get the best result with no up-selling. The paperwork was very detailed with instructions to make it easier. They were so quickly to respond anytime I had a question. I needed to create a living trust, will and end of life statement. After checking with multiple attorneys I was shocked at the pricing. I needed to find an alternative approach versus paying thousands in attorney fees. I checked out several options for of a more do it yourself approach…and found People’s Choice. Sandy who is the owner has been in the business for years and her experience/expertise is a great asset. Second it is very helpful to have a real person you can work with versus a call center environment. Finally her prices are fair. Overall I rate People’s Choice as excellent…quality, speed, personal service are qualities delivered!
