I tried to switch to A registered agent. Their phone hung up a few times (before 9:15am). After that it was picked up with kids noises in the back ground. I still decided to sign up for a change of registered agent. Their website gave errors. Called them back. “yes our IT team is working on that. Please send us an e-mail”. I had enough. Went to Harvard Business Services, Inc., cheaper too for 3 years. First year is just the DE filing fee of $50 and free registered agent service. So that is cheaper as well.

I enlisted their service to create an LLC and I am not satisfied. 1) The registration fee may be low, but the EIN fee is $199 for non-US citizen. I only learnt about this high price when I have already paid the registration fee. There are cheaper registration + EIN option elsewhere and believe me you need the EIN. 2) I put in a support request and there was no email reply. 3) I called them twice at US time and was send to voicemail on both occasions. Beware.
