The over-the-phone customer service that I received from Aaron Sears, CPA was absolutely horrible. Honestly, he seemed fraudulent. While I was brief and had direct inquiries, his responses made him appear confused, they were choppy, indecisive, dismissive, and even sarcastic. He seemed incapable of providing specific answers or solutions to very simple questions such as his hours of operations and the type of taxes he prepare. He slammed the phone in my ear towards the end of the conversation. He seemed very angry and unstable. Due to this experience, I honestly wouldn’t even trust his credentials. I would not consider this guy an expert or recommend him to anyone for ANY tax related services.
