Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessWe had our property deeds and wills for our estate completed here 4 years ago. My husband just passed away, and my personal representative called to ask a simple question regarding the language in one sentence. No one would speak to us on the phone and I was told they no longer do “wills and estates”. Really? Their website says they do. Either way, this is their work, and I didn’t appreciate being told to call a different firm. Unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism on the phone, we thought perhaps it was a misunderstanding, so my rep went to the office. Nope, can’t help answer a simple question… and not even a “sorry for your loss.”If you want an attorney to back up his/her work, you may want to go elsewhere. I have not had this experience with any law practice. So shocking. My husband just passed away, and my personal representative called to ask a simple question regarding the language in one sentence.
