I contacted Access Legal through ARAG Legal Insurance. I was contacted by Robert Green. He listened to my case, asked insightful, probing questions, and then went to work. I was so impressed with Robert’s professionalism, knowledge, and attention to my needs. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, even giving me periodic updates on the status. If you are in need of a thoughtful, energetic, communicative attorney with expert legal knowledge, I strongly recommend Robert Green and Access Legal! Thank you, Robert, for helping me get resolution!

Had a consultation after several attempts and was told to go ask the property management attorneys to evict my daughter. They declined to do this, so I have left 3 voice mails with Mario Jaramillo and not even a courtesy call back – I am fine if you don’t want to do this .. just let me know. It takes 30 seconds. It appears these folks are not customer service oriented and they seem to feel like they are doing you a favor – when in fact you are paying them for a service. Eviction lawyers are the bottom of the barrel. The receptionists you can tell want to work somewhere else based on their drone phone skills. My advise is to avoid. I am also going to ask they be removed from my companies legal plan.

Positive: ProfessionalismI had an excellent experience with Robert Green. He helped me with a landlord/tenant issue. Green was extremely responsive at all times, and very knowledgeable on the matter, providing me with very clear options and expectations. The billing department was a little slow to reimburse what was left of the retainer fee, but I don’t think that affects the professional and timely services I received from Green. I highly recommend Access Lawyers Group.I had an excellent experience with Robert Green. He helped me with a landlord/tenant issue. I’m thoroughly happy with my decision to hire Tim Ghobrial to represent me in an RO case. He was intelligent, competent, great with communication, and empathetic. I recommend him if you’re ever in a pickle and have to deal with any legal garbage. He also has great socks.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueWhen I called their office, the first appointment with a lawyer they gave me was in 3 weeks. After these 3 weeks, when I talked tho Robert Green, he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. That was pretty much the only good experience. After 6 weeks of very slow and sporadic communication from Robert (a reply after a week on average) and the third party, it turned out he was not able to help me. Sadly, he did not mention that at our initial call. I wish he was more straightforward or perhaps more competent. Or maybe that’s how they just run their business (provide no service but get the payment), not sure. So basically I wasted 2 months of my time on a quite urgent matter (which I specified was urgent when scheduling the initial appointment). To summarize my experience with Access Lawyers Group – it was bad. They’re VERY slow and not helpful. When I called their office, the first appointment with a lawyer they gave me was in 3 weeks. This firm was listed as one of the participating firms under my legal plan. They scheduled me for a consult with one attorney. After the initial consultation, they assigned me to another attorney and I had to have the exact same consult with him. He assured me that my needs were not complicated and would be handled within a few weeks. He sent me an email with the needed paperwork. It’s been over a month since I provided the required paperwork for the more time sensitive issue but it’s crickets in response. Emailing or calling to follow up has gone without any response. They just went radio silent on me. If they did not want my business, they could have said that from the start. This is very unprofessional to say the least.

I would not recommend this law practice! They told me it would take 10 hours to complete a QRDO that was required for my husband’s retirement plan. That was 2 YEARS ago and it still not been filed. The attorney that started the case just stopped working on it. I don’t know is she quit, got fired, disbarred or what. After 4 months of trying to get an update I was finally assigned to a new attorney. This person does not keep me informed at all. If I wish to get an update, I have to send him an email and he replies .. (always at the cost of $45 per email) I am hoping now that my retainer is almost gone, they will finally get some results!

We were recently in a legal dispute with our wedding photographer over his failure to perform his part of the contract. Not only were we out very important photos and videos from our big day, we were out a lot of money as well. Furthermore, the photographer was trying to scare us out of taking him to court, citing the arbitration clause in our contract. We reached out to Attorney C. Mario Jaramillo for help. His ability to properly research, think strategically, and apply the knowledge he’s garnered from years of experience fighting and beating con men like this photographer put us in a power position with our case. Not only were we able to take him to court and win, we got the defendant to give us a cashier’s check that same day. None of this would have been possible without the leadership and expertise Mr. Jaramillo provided. We fully trust him with all of our legal affairs and give him a resounding endorsement for anyone looking for great legal representation.

I initially got a referral through my EAP . I was passed off to lawyer to lawyer with access law group. I was finally handed off to harmony alves as the last resort who was very incompetent. She gave my personal information to a girl who has been harassing me for over a year. She didn’t represent me. She daydreamed and lost the case. She emailed me later apologizing. She never came prepared. Never showed evidence. She made my situation worse. The company never answer their phone. The company is covering up for their wrong doing but have no idea that all actions were documented in the transcripts so the truth will come to light. Do not hire them. Hopefully they get removed from the EAP so that no one else waste their money on these individuals.
