I told him I just turned 18 and was ready to sign papers for the settlement, he assured me that my parents would have to go with me to the courthouse and sign for me and also print out 13 pages that I did in fact do just to find out I never needed those papers nor needed to go to court. When I went to sign the papers they told me the check should be ready for pick up in about two weeks (it’s been a month and a week).
