Positive: ProfessionalismI forgot the name of the lawyer that was assigned to me, since it was well over a year ago, still had to give them five stars. I work at this company about a year ago for a custody battle that didn’t go very far but please let me tell you they documented everything they did and they love me just put the retainer into two payments. Then when I decided to close the case a couple months later they actually gave me back money for my retainer. This might sound like a normal thing that you would think would happen but all I can say is they didn’t act on a bunch of unnecessary charges and fees and they didn’t follow a bunch of unnecessary paperwork to use up my money. believe me if something ever happens I’m going to go right back to them and sic them on my ex. Would you believe the owner of the company actually going to sit down to have a conversation with me.
