Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueMark and his Wife are wonderful to work with. My husband was arrested due to a misunderstanding. I contacted Mark, he was able to help us quickly. My husband was able to return home with our four children the same day I met with him. We have been awaiting his court date, which apparently had been delivered to the wrong address. My husband missed his court date today, November 2nd. Mark and his Wife had a job to do which was to follow through with the arrest since he (unknownly) missed his court date. They pulled into our driveway where we were all outside with our children, they did not make a scene at all, we explained the situation. They understood completely and knew he was not trying to skip court, they were very kind and made things comfortable with the kids around I was able to get them calm too, with their help he was able to return home again this evening. Mark and his wife went as far as bringing him back home to me and our children I would recommend these two over anyone any day. They have been a huge help throughout all of this.
