Critical: ResponsivenessI have been ripped off by this attorney. She requested a $175.00 fee for 1/2 telephone consultation to review my family trust then set an appointment date 30 days away. When the appointment came, She was totally unprepared and stated “I have not had a chance to review your documents” She was to get back to me. I said fine. Phone call was less than 10 minutes but should have been 30 had she been prepared. And I never heard from her again. She had no problem taking my money though. Thus a State Bar complaint has been filed and small claims law suit is pending. HOW DISHONEST. !!!. Her response was: Oh, I am not familiar with California law but will get back to you” Never did.
