I got a referral to this firm by a mutual party. Specifically, I was referred to Alex. I initially left a detailed message with his secretary about what I needed help with. After receiving no return call, I followed up a week later. Alex never received my message so I had to reiterate everything to Ed. The outcome? We are too busy, go pound. Imagine running a business where you tell potential new clients to “go pound” because you are too busy. I was passed along without even so much as a call back from Alex. This is 2022. Everyone is too busy, not enough staff, blah blah blah. Maybe consider expanding the firm to grow with the population and it’s needs. Just my thoughts.
