My brand new vehicle was in the shop countless times in a matter of 6 weeks. The dealership was unwilling to do anything about it as if it’s no big deal for my brand new vehicle to keep breaking down (4 times in 6 weeks to be exact). I was unfamiliar with lemon laws and reached out to Alexander Law Firm to see if there was anything legally that could even be done. Alexander literally took everything off my plate and did EVERYTHING to make sure I was righted in this matter. Within a few months and very little hassle for myself, I had a settlement. He handled everything, and kept my stress of this whole thing to a very minimum. I knew from the beginning I was in the right hands because his answer for everything was “I will take care of it”. Boy was he not kidding. Alexander Law Firm did not settle for anything less than what I deserved from being so wronged with my vehicle.
