Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueMy experience with Mirhosseini Law group was abysmal…when I first called their office for advice I was put in contact with someone which I presumed is a practicing attorney in their office dispensing legal advice. I later discovered that he was just an office manager and failed to disclose that fact to me!He was injecting unethical advice in our conversation by suggesting not to disclose some facts in my case! When I found out, I respectfully requested the termination of our relationship. I asked them to refund my money. My parents selected for future processing in the diversity immigration visa program. I decided to hire a lawyer and submit a waiver for them, after my initial screening between a list of lawyers (talking with them over the phone, asking about the cost, …), I decided to go with Mr. Amir Lajevardi. I was really in rush, he provided the package and we finally submitted the application forms to the embassy before my parent’s interview appointment. I enjoyed working with Amir because he always responds to my phone calls and emails, even when he was out of the office or when he was on vacation. I really SATISFIED with his performance and STRONGLY recommend him for immigration visa cases. By the way, now my parents are with me, here in the USA 🙂

My experience with this law firm was not satisfactory. I left feeling like it was just a business to them, a quick case just to gain a couple thousand for themselves. My case dealt with sexual assault in the workplace. I had blind faith in that Ali and Tina would take care of all the details. Now, not only am I left to deal with the psychological trauma after the assault, but also feeling like SO MUCH MORE COULD HAVE BEEN DONE in favor of my case. After doing extensive research and reading other attorney reviews on cases similar to mine, it only solidified my thoughts and feelings on the way my case was handled by this law firm. In light of the #MeToo movement, it is highly discouraging and disappointing.
