Critical: QualityHorrible. Highly unprofessional, unresponsive and apparently doesn’t know how to use email. Sent the wrong thing to me and while doing so I found out that she was calling me awful names because I was fearful of the safety of myself and others and therefore asked the same question twice. When confronted Alison made up a horrible lie which just made it worse, since at that point she was just insulting my intelligence.She made an already VERY stressful situation even worse.Horrible. Horrible. Highly unprofessional, unresponsive and apparently doesn’t know how to use email. Sent the wrong thing to me and while doing so I found out that she was calling me awful names because I was fearful of the safety of myself and others and therefore asked the same question twice. When confronted Alison made up a horrible lie which just made it worse, since at that point she was just insulting my intelligence.
