The crew were great! Professional, polite, respectful and communicative. Price was exactly as quoted. All my items arrived at their final destination safely. No issues with any of their work and I couldn’t be happier! As a single woman handling this move alone, they made me feel very comfortable. The only issue was with the office who should have sent someone out to look at my stuff because I needed a larger truck/different company (I think they max out at 26 feet or so). I had to hire a second truck, last minute from another company after they left. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would definitely hire them again!

They helped my dad move this past week. 2 trucks and about 8 staff. They were all wonderful, very professional and friendly. Got absolutely everything packed up and moved in with no issues and much quicker than I would’ve guessed! I would 100% recommend!

This company has horrible communication! I have now dealt with Emily (very rude) whom can’t seem to handle her work load, I guess because they’re so busy messing up. I was told by Brenda that I could pay up to 70% the fee on my card then the rest in cash upon delivery. I WAS NEVER TOLD BY ANYONE THAT MY STUFF WOULD SIT IN NJ UNTIL 50% of the remaining fee is paid!!!! To add insult to injury I received a text from dispatch saying my delivery was 30 minutes away on Monday when it was supposed to be delivered! I was told by Hank that this info was correct (see photo). I also spoke with Sam who had more. I was told I would not be charged a storage fee due to this not being my fault. Let see how that works. My kids are unable to go to school and 1 box alone in their possession is valued over 18k. I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave it blank

They were courteous and responsive, however I had furniture damage that I was never covered even though I told them to include the furniture damage coverage (I bought the second most expensive one). I called Paul Berkert and told him that there was damage to my leather chairs and they split (almost from side to side) the front drawer of an expensive night stand. He first told me that since I moved to VA he didn’t know if there was anything he could do because they don’t deal with furniture repair companies in VA. Then he gave me his email address and told me to send pictures. He never responded to my emails and when I tried to call back, he did return my calls. Two years later the chairs are almost completely ruined because of the initial scrapes and peels.

Stored all of my possessions there after a house sale. They were there for months. They had a roof leak and didn’t tell me. Many of my things including family heirlooms were ruined. Used them to move out of state. They ruined my white couch and crushed many other things by mishandling. They did not use due care. If you care about your possessions, do not use these folks!

I had a great experience with Allways. I called and got a quote, and they actually referred me to a few other more local moving companies to see if anyone could offer a competitive rate, which they could not. It was a multi-part move across CT with many stops, and the Allways team was on time, super fast and friendly, and took great care with my items. I have moved a lot and I always feel like at the end I wish I had done it myself, but this was just so easy and fast and I cannot recommend them enough!

Easy to set up the move over email on very short notice. The guys that came out we all nice and polite. They were careful with all our items we were moving. All over great experience. I needed to have things moved again in the area I would use this company again for sure.

I work for a local non-profit who assist chronically ill people with their day to day needs as well as other needs; moving to senior housing, safe housing, substance use programs etc. We used Allways Moving and Storage to assist a local client move to her new apartment. Our agency had a recent name change and AMS called up to ensure they should be cashing the check that was sent for services. They actually called us to make sure they should be cashing the check because it had a different name on it. That is amazing in my opinion. Not only is their customer service amazing their movers and drivers are just as great! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

I facilitated a move for family friends dealing with some very sad circumstances, and we made the company, and our movers aware of that. Only specific items were to be moved out of the house, to an out-of-state location. It was not well organized on our part, (understatement) and our movers were kind, efficient, patient, careful, respectful…. They were wonderful, and we could not be more grateful to the company as well as the two wonderful men who made the move happen. I had forgotten that ALWAYS moved us 16 years ago….. thankfully I posted the question on Facebook, and a response reminded me of this company. SO grateful! Thanks, ALWAYS!
