I used Andy for an owi i was charged with 2 years ago. He did what I asked, I couldn’t be more pleased with him. However my bond money went back to to the firm last December( almost a year ago). The difference was 2,600 that was owed back to me. I spent the last months with excuses from the office and getting the runaround from them. Finally I received a call from Walter Alvarez himself saying he’d get to the bottom of it. A week later I got a check for 500 bucks and an excuse that they did a good job. I had a contract for a price on my case and he did not honor it. I’m now out 2,100. I’m in the trades and I work hard for my money if you’re wondering how this guy has the money to put billboards up on all the highways in Northwest Indiana now you know. I would stay away from this firm, that’s putting it politely.

Terrible representation!! They said that they would make my case disappear when I gave them the money that they asked for. I ended up having to pay two different agencies with a plea bargain. My case was easy to win but they never put forth a effort to win the case, I could’ve done better by myself and saved thousands of dollars. They never called me back to give me the information that I needed to start paying the agencies, they only want your money!!!

Gave me false hope that something could be done about my case, and upon calling him once I got a little more info he basically just blew me off and said I had nothing and I can call someone else. He wouldn’t give me any advice on how to try to get better info for my case or anything. Once he is done trying to help he is just done. And gets very short and rude. Also told me i was not worth his money in Court fees because I have nothing! Not impressed at all!
