Started the process of my needs. Then told me we were waiting on the judge or commissioner to choose a court date. Months later I called the court to see why it would take so long to determine a court date. I was then told me that a certain order was not even filed to notify the courts of an appeal to choose a court date. It’s been weeks with no communication from Anthony. Now, I need to retain a new attorney in hopes it is not too late to fix the issue at hand. I didn’t pay as much for services as I would have with a different attorney. However, taking money from a single mom to not do what was promised was Both a waste of money and time. Do not hire this “attorney”.

I paid $2500 retainer fee in August of 2020. Thru covid I know courts were delayed. Had couple phone calls, and met once at his home office for video court. Its been over 9 months now, and haven’t heard from him. Doesn’t respond to emails, text, and telephone. I hired him to help me get visitation with my 6 year old. He has failed at his job. I feel that he owes me $2000.00. I feel hustled, upset, and sad that its been another 2 years, and still not able to see my son. Hired a new firm today, and it will get handled professionally. Anthony, you shook my hand, looked me in the eyes, and told me you would help me. I want my money back. I will leave it at that. Old School man upset. I would not even deal with him at all!

Handled an adoption for us. He was very professional and it was a great overall experience. We were so happy we even got to take pictures in court with the judge and we asked him to join us. We are truly happy the adoption was done and so quickly.

I started using Anthony and his service last June. He asked for a down payment for a simple document preparation. I was living outside the country and needed to have a critical legal matter taken care of. He ignored my emails, texts, calls, and even website messages for over 9 months. I thought he had died from Covid. Then I found out that he was getting the messages and was still practicing and had been deliberately ignoring me in my time of need. It caused enormous problems for me legally as I was living abroad. Avoid AMS like the plague. Rude, inconsiderate, will take your money and leave you hanging.

Going to be filing a professional malpractice complaint with the Utah State Bar and if necessary The Utah Supreme Court! DONT HIRE HIM! If you’ve been through this same scenario I urge you to file a complaint also.
