During my process. I have gotten very little communication from Anastopoulo Law Firm. I have called 4 times in the last 3 weeks and have been promised to receive a phone call from a lawyer. I have yet to get a call back and this behavior is quite concerning and disappointing. Customer Service and Communication is Everything. Delayed communication or in my case, no communication at all is bad business. Due to my current experience, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.

Posting anonymously to protect my identity but they know exactly who I am by this review I am about to leave. Everything was okay/average up until the last and most important part of the process: settlement. Despite numerous documentation including license, medical records, and other legal documents, somehow the most important part of the process was screwed up which was my check being written with an incorrectly spelled name. Let me just say that this is not something I would expect from a law firm who has to read and type documentation for a living.

The only thing this company took care of was getting me to a chiropractor. They barely communicate with their clients and never have an update on the status of your case. My accident happened a year ago and I still am waiting to be settled. Don’t waste your time if you want to be taken care of by an insurance company who ACTUALLY takes care of their clients.
