Critical: ProfessionalismMade a call because my father passed away suddenly and I needed to locate a will. I wasn’t aware other family members had called and instead of telling me she had already looked, the woman on the phone berated me for being the 4th one to call and continued to tell me how no attorney wants to be called four times after I had already apologized for the inconvenience. Made a call because my father passed away suddenly and I needed to locate a will. I wasn’t aware other family members had called and instead of telling me she had already looked, the woman on the phone berated me for being the 4th one to call and continued to tell me how no attorney wants to be called four times after I had already apologized for the inconvenience.
