Wish I can give more stars! I was pulled over for aggravated speeding (in my brother’s vehicle) in a construction zone. Trooper issued 2 tickets for speeding, one for me and one for my brother (mind you, my brother was 600 miles away driving a truck and not with me in the vehicle), additionally, issued a vehicle impoundment paper. However, I was never detained, vehicle was NEVER impounded, nor bail paid. After trooper handed me the tickets; I drove away.

If you’re ever in a jam rather you have a cdl , motorcycle or vehicle license don’t waste you’re time going to court alone or trying to find an attorney you can trust, Frank P. Andreano is the Mike Tyson, no nonsense lawyer for you. He will sit down and make time to go through you’re ticket and offer you the best solution according to you’re driving history and if he sees it can be won on a technically in which the officer failed to do his job correctly, He will advise you at that moment it could be won. In thee event it can’t for whatever reason. Than and only than. He will have it emeded to a non moving violation that will not go on you’re driving history which for a cdl operator is super important to maintain a clean record and for you vehicle drivers it will keep you’re insurance rates low. So take it from someone with alot to lose while operating a tractor trailer with a CDL class A license. Be well and stay safe out there.
