I was cited on I95 for going 92 in a 65mph zone And for expired registration. I thought my license was completely done for and I knew I would need an attorney. Andrew got my expired registration ticket dismissed and my speeding ticket (27mph over the speed limit) reduced to a “Defective Equipment” (equivalent to having a headlight out) ticket which is a non moving violation. They have a very streamline payment system and very transparent. Both Andrew and Dawn were very helpful through this whole process, overall great people and always available to help. They took all the worry and stress out the process. I cant recommend Andrew Flusche enough. I would give 10 stars if i could. Stellar work!

I was able to get my reckless driving ticket dropped from doing 31 mph over the speed limit, down to 10 mph over (regular speeding ticket) with a $60 fine and $69 in court fees ($129 total). This has saved my self and others that had clearances and CDL’s on the line. He knows the law, knows the courtroom system and will be straight and honest with you. Lets start by saying I got careless one night on I95. Was clocked in doing 90 in a 70 not good and to add to that I had one more 20 and over speeding ticket on my record so far not looking good. Andrew and his team informed all through out the process and while I had not much hope they assured me all through out the way that they would do everything in there power to achieve the best result possible. Come court date and I get phone call from Andrew that everything went well though my ticket was not dismissed entirely I was able to avoid that dreaded reckless driving charge on my record which was all I as hoping for and with only a $50 fine I felt a huge relief. I wholeheartedly recommend his service to anyone that gets in to a bit of trouble in this area as for me getting to keep my job was worth every penny though even his fees are very very reasonable.
