Julsrud was the GAL of my children’s case, I spoke with her for an hour and a half and sent 1 email. I was charged over $2,700 for that. This woman didn’t DO ANYTHING but over charge me for doing nothing. Her final decision was completely thrown out by the commissioner because he believed it to be as crazy as I did.

I had the horrible misfortune of having Julsrud as my Child’s guardian, she didn’t reach out to anyone on my side to get their side of the story. She was biased before ever meeting me and listening to my side. I truly believe ALL she cared about was the money. Which she drove up the bill to astronomical amounts even tho I Only met with her once and spoke briefly.
