Critical: QualityI am currently using Anne Pastrana, PLLC for division of retirement plan assets. For some reason, the experience has been rather confusing. Although my ex-wife and I are separate people and each responsible for half the bill, we are being billed through one account and I receive update emails when my ex-wife makes payment or updates forms. Additionally, I am being emailed documents to multiple email accounts and receiving form completion notifications for forms that my ex completed and am also receiving copies of her completed forms. Anyways, when I contacted Anne to seek clarification, she seemed perturbed not only at my questions but at my requests to only send emails to one account and provide me only the invoices and documents that I am responsible for completing. Overall, I am unsatisfied with her ability to handle client concerns and general level of professionalism. I recommend using another attorney/firm.Update on June 29: Before I was willing to provide a 1 star rating, but after today I would change my rating to 0 stars if I could. Anne called asking me to change my review. If my experience would have been better, than it would have reflected in a better rating. Asking me to change my mind several months since the experience seems distasteful… Don’t get me wrong, she got the job done but, in my opinion, her level of professionalism is poor and is only reinforced by the delayed follow-up and attempt to have me change my review.
