To whom it may concern: This past July I was stopped by officer Jerry Brady, and he asked flippantly and with gratuitous nastiness why I was driving reckless on “his roads?” So being stopped in VA and living in NC, and now facing not only a reckless speeding charge but a potential misdemeanor conviction, which could include amongst other things, jail time, I sought out the best. I immediately called Mr. MONTAGNA, who from the start to finish of this adventure, calmed me down, kept me informed of all updates, had me perform a few tasks to be ready for court: a few hours of community service, car calibration, and a VA driving online improvement course. In the end, we went to trial, and Brady said nothing, and Mr Montagna ran the show and within a few short minutes, after two Months from the time I was stopped until then, got the very nice Judge to turn it into a moving violation. This then eventuating for me: no record, no points, just court costs. Again, Officer Brady has a job to do, i understand that, but he encouraged me when he had me pulled over, to just pay the ticket, thus this would have netted me a criminal conviction. The upshot to all of this is, to not say anything to these cops, instead call MONTAGNA Immediately. Now you will get tons of solicitations from an abundance of lawyers with scary and doomsday outcomes, please ignore these and call the best!
