Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI called this man because I was served legal papers about a piece of property I own, and the man was EXTREMELY rude. I couldn’t even get out the entirety of what the paper that was filed said, because he was so curt with me. I’m guessing based on our conversation and how it went, that he was familiar with the person who filed against me, and he didn’t want to deal with them. I never even got to tell him how much money I had, which was not a small chunk. Maybe that person is a headache, but why not just say that? Why act like IM THE PROBLEM? I don’t even know you!Maybe he is good for certain things. My neighbor seemed to like him. He’s been in business for years.HOWEVERhe did not have to be so rude & dismissive. asking me a question then interrupting me before I finish a single sentence. Even his tone of voice was irritated, rushed. Very plain he was upset I even called, like I should have known better or something. I guess he doesn’t want money. Go ahead and call him if you’ve got something that’s not a lot of work or if u don’t care much, but I would NEVER trust him with something important after that conversation. He may get irritated at me in the middle of my case and then I would be stuck dealing with THAT when I try to call for info! I called this man because I was served legal papers about a piece of property I own, and the man was EXTREMELY rude. I couldn’t even get out the entirety of what the paper that was filed said, because he was so curt with me. I’m guessing based on our conversation and how it went, that he was familiar with the person who filed against me, and he didn’t want to deal with them. During this pandemic he has been very forgiving and has worked with several places to help me get my rent paid. He assisted me in the eviction process to help me understand my options and explained to me everything before I signed anything and was very helpful.
