If you are beginning the process of looking for a new child custody lawyer I highly suggest calling Curt Arnel. I called a few people regarding my unique situation and found Curt to be the best. If/when I am ready to hire a new layer I will hire him. When I first called he had the courtesy to take my late afternoon call even though he was busy and promised to get back to me the next day. He was a man of his word. He listened to my situation, answered all my questions, was honest about pricing, and offered suggestions. It was a simple 15 minute call that I appreciated very much as he seemed like an experienced, knowledgeable, and courteous professional. What I respected most was that he did not try and charge me for a simple consultation. I spoke to a couple of others before discovering Curt that tried to charge me a ridiculous fee just to answer a few questions. Thanks for not trying to rip me off Curt.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate position where you need to speak to an attorney to resolve any issues concerning your family Curt Arnel and his team should be your only call. This is a long post.I called Mr. Arnel’s office expecting to speak to a receptionists, I was wrong. Mr. Arnel answered the phone and we had a 45 minute conversation about our issue. He was so generous with his time. He answered every question I had and even brought up a few points I didn’t even think of. I was blown away at how casual the conversation was. It was like I was speaking with an old friend. I never felt rushed. He explained to me how he had just resolved a similar matter and explained the whole process including numerous options to resolve the matter. I entered Mr Arnel’s office some years ago with my estranged wife , thinking the divorce process would drag on for a very long time. Though we had worked out an agreement I still feared a long drawn out legal process. To my surprise Mr. Arnel took some notes and said I’ll have the documents ready on Monday. It was Thursday!
