I wasn’t sure where to get a legal separation instead of a divorce in Utah. Love was still there and wanted to live apart but was hoping for charge and marriage therapy to work. Long story short, they told me the difference between divorce and legal separation. they went over child custody, sole custody, etc. They even knew how a business would be divided and went over all costs of divorce and the disadvantages of legal separation.
