Ashley Morin is an associate in the Employment Law group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer. Ms. Morin has been representing employers and employees in all aspects of employment law, from best practices and preventative measures such as crafting corporate policies for employee handbooks, to reactive measures and multifaceted litigation on a variety of claims, including discrimination, whistle blowing, and wage and hour. Ms. Morin has also significant experience on both class and collective actions. One particular area of focus for Ms. Morin is employer compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), commonly known as Obamacare.
