Byron was very honest, professional and very accommodated of our tight schedule. But most of all, he was very patient with us and customer service was above and beyond. Our settlement was on a very last minute notice after I finalize my negotiation with the Squatter, he prepared all of the necessary document the night before for my review and schedule late night virtual call with me to have everything signed as required. Then he arrived at the premises earlier than our schedule time the following day and stayed for 5 hours to make sure everything was done correctly and make sure Squatter had moved out and surrendered the premises back to me with satisfaction.
