Dworkin, Chambers & Williams, P.C. and, in particular, attorney Gregory K. Chambers aka Greg Chambers, represent the pinnacle of unethical and bad faith workers’ compensation practice in the State of Colorado. Dworkin, Chambers & Williams, P.C. and Mr. Chambers reached the height of disrepute in the case of Dworkin, Chambers & Williams, P.C. v. Provo, which reached the Colorado Supreme Court in 2003. In that case, Dworkin, Chambers & Williams, P.C. and Mr. Chambers advised their client, unethically and without legal basis, to defy a court order mandating medical care for a seriously injured worker in order to gain improper leverage to force the injured worker to the settlement table. In reckless disregard for the well-being of the injured worker, Ms. Provo, Mr. Chambers abandoned his ethical duties and sense of decency in order to take advantage of the suffering of an injured worker and pursue a win at any costs strategy. While it may not be abundantly clear whether Dworkin, Chambers & Williams, P.C. and Mr. Chambers had either fraudulent or malicious intent, if their practices since this 2003 case are any indication, it leaves little, if any, doubt in the mind of this reviewer.
