I decided to wait a good amount of time before writing this, so as to not write it out of pure anger. Court was over a month ago and I am still just as angry as that day. I hired Aundrea with the expectations of modifying custody, fighting an emergency order, and deal with child support. To say she over promised and under delivered is an understatement. I would consistently email and call asking for documents from therapists, detectives, and other witnesses to help the case. After almost 2 years of waiting to go to court she got the most crucial notes the day before trial. Notes I had been asking to receive for almost a year. Due to this discovery she decided it was best to settle, which I had a feeling she was going to do since January due to her lack of preparedness. 2 years and $7500 later all I ended up doing was going to court and then being stuck with another $2000 in legal fees for settling.
