They are crooks, lie to you straight to your face and had me sign away my house to my wife during our divorce and told me the papers were to get her name off the deed after the divorce was final. The EX says she didn’t have anything to do with this especially since I would have gave her the house anyway. Don’t believe anything they “tell you” take your time and read and understand what your signing with them. I was going to pay off my house. Now I think I’m going to let it get foreclosed on so it’ll be the EX’s problem after all.. so as a response to their response below. I have tried to call your office a couple times to see what gives on this matter. Marilynn days she’s waiting on your call also. She said you filed with the title company. I called the mortgage company to find out her name wasn’t even on the mortgage deed anyway so there was nothing for me to sign. Maybe I should re word this post.. if you want a good lawyer who will stick it to someone give these guys all call.. cause you know lawyers and politicians are all crooks anyway.
