Not all creditors follow the rules and continue to harass you after filing. We simply let John know what was going on and he took care of it immediately. Collection agencies have their bulldogs, it was nice to have one of our own for a change. Not all creditors follow the rules and continue to harass you after filing. We simply let John know what was going on and he took care of it immediately. Barring some communication (Or lack thereof) issues and how patronizing and cringey the financial class was (Not really Avery Law’s fault, but I really hated that part and the government couldn’t care less and doesn’t accept reviews so I’m barfing it here), they helped me a lot. This is an edit from my previous review. When viewing their google reviews I was very inclined to work with them, at first Ryan was good but after I filed I could never get phone calls or even emails returned by him. I felt like I was rushed through the process, and he barley explained what was happening. I had no time while I was there to even think of questions. However, I also worked with Holly and Crystal and they have both been nothing but amazing! This review went from one star to 4 ONLY because of them! Maybe Ryan is just over worked and if he is maybe they need to turn clients away to better care for the ones they currently have.
