I do not understand this company. My hernia case began in 2019, case has been closed, I signed the agreement of settlement and no one will explain what the hell is going on…I honestly at this point would go with another firm. I’ve done everything, went to all the hospitals done all the research, had all the files pulled scanned and emailed to the attorney. I agreed to the final settlement and insisted they include all facts about my case because they tried to leave a big portion out. My insistence of the facts of my case were agreed upon by the judge and awarded a larger settlement. You are a number not a client. $$$ in their pocket, not yours!! Just go somewhere else or you’ll never see a settlement, they will sit on It. Year 3!!!!! Going to almost 4 years. Horrible don’t become part of the scam!!!

This is a terrible Law Firm that makes promises that they didn’t deliver. I hired this firm around 2014 for a class action suit against the manufacturer’s of Xarelto. In 2013 after taking this medication my Mother was permanently paralysed after an artery in her spine burst.

Veterans all over the United States have paid the consequences for a company (3M) that knowingly had defective earplugs. Putting Service men and women like myself that fight for the benefits of being free in America in jeopardy of hearing loss is uncalled for. Knowingly and allowing us go into battle with earplugs that cause damage is uncalled for. AWKO has stood up for us service members and is still standing up till this day. Hats off to this law firm as they deserve all the recognition and props as they are still battling 3M on this case. Mr. Kirtis Droze has been in contact with me throughout this process as its been a very long case. He insures that the clients at hand are completely informed and not left in the dark, along with going out of his way to check up on clients and their well-being.
