I contacted Jason Balestrini on a Friday during this summer, petrified that my loved one was being held at 201 Poplar. I didn’t understand a lot about his charges, but Jason answered everything thoroughly. He appears in court during the morning, and you can expect to be contacted back later that after court for any updates. He really did everything in his power to fast track court dates, and kept the inmate informed of his current hearing dates. He is a very transparent lawyer which is what we need in this world. He will let you know all of what you need to know instead of sweeping secrets under the rug. He got my loved one’s case dismissed in a matter of 3 court dates or so. Needles to say, this man is one of the best lawyers in the city I have every dealt with. He’s very affordable, and will work with you on payments. I can’t thank you enough Jason for all you have done! Keep up the good work!
