Barry Hammond knows people. In my case the judge smiled and said “Hello Mr. Hammond”. I was looking at a substantial amount of penalty in my case, Mr. Hammond was able to mitigate the facts of the case and get me into a diversion program with the permission of the head district attorney, of which it seemed Mr. Hammond knew also. My case required a good amount of appearances and continues with diversion for 2 years. The facts of the matter is that I could not have gotten the type of deal that I did with Mr. Hammond through the public defender. If you are fighting a criminal case I highly recommend giving Barry Hammond an opportunity to represent you. You have to understand, litigation can be expensive and you get what you pay for, as the public defender is not really helping you out, at least that has been my experience. Believe me when I say you get what you pay for and the public defender is not trying to work in your best interests. I highly recommend Barry Hammond’s criminal litigation services.
