I cannot attest to the quality of the law here, but I think their customer service is poor. My wife called to inquire about making an appointment for a consultation due to her dad passing away and was very rudely informed by a secretary that she’d have to wait a month. There was no “I’m sorry for your loss, but…” or caring tone, just “No. You can’t see him until the end of next month.” in a snappy and quick manner. My wife didn’t need that right now, we were just looking for someone to help with the passing.
