Baynetta Jordan Disability Attorney

Critical: ResponsivenessI went to her a few years ago for help with disability. I have several health issues that qualify but hard to get to doing it because of my “young” age. She said exactly that, that I was young so it might not be approved. She claims to have respect for all and help all but after I met her I never heard from her again. I am now on my 3rd time applying and have a lawyer that is not going to charge me anything to push it forward. I find it amazing how she can get disability for people who are drug addicts and alcoholics but not for people who actually have real medical issues and disabilities. I thought she was great when I first sought her help but now I see she is not all what she claims to be. Good luck people! I suggest just going to or calling your local Social Security Office and asking for help from them, they do a way better job at pushing it AND at NO CHARGE even if you win! I went to her a few years ago for help with disability. I have several health issues that qualify but hard to get to doing it because of my “young” age. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this law firm and thought I’d give them a chance since I’ve really been down on my luck. First, I visited their website and was greeted by a virtual assistant who was prompt, listened and seemed to care. She typed out all my info and told me she would make this urgent as a am dealing with homelessness on top of my health issues this time around. Covid, has made everything that much harder. I was suppose to receive a phone call within 24-hours which I did not. I waited another day or two and nothing so I took it upon myself to reach out again and fill a form out. Same thing…I had to wait 24 hours. No phone call. No voice mail. No email. Nothing. This right here is not only discouraging but it makes the people really trying to fight for themselves not want to fight at all and just give up. I am continuing to suffer in silence. I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this law firm and thought I’d give them a chance since I’ve really been down on my luck. First, I visited their website and was greeted by a virtual assistant who was prompt, listened and seemed to care.
