Went on a Friday morning and was told to put my name down. Was told to come back in an hour. I put my name on the waitlist at 12pm and left. Came back at 1:30pm and there was no change in the waitlist. Told us it would take a little bit longer. 4 hours later waiting in the office and still haven’t seen any decrease in the line. It’s 5:32 and I am ready to leave the office. Unbelievable. Never filed my taxes here before and I sure won’t be coming back after this. *Update* I got into the office at 1:30pm and the only person handling the taxes was still working on the same person at 6:30pm. I ended up leaving couldn’t take it any more. Wish I could leave a zero star review.
