Today I had a very bad experience at the office surrounding a simple legal matter. I have dealt with Mr. Courie in the past , and it was a very good experience, so on that note I returned for a service that put me in contact with the lead paralegal Danielle, she was rude , and very disrespectful. I came in to pay for a service, and just wanted explanation as to what I would be paying for , and she felt the need not to explain. I was very peaceful and professional, and did not receive the same customer service in return. I felt the need to take my services elsewhere which I do to poor rude customer service. She made me feel very uncomfortable, and like my business did not matter . I ask to speak with someone of higher Authority, her answer was she was the head paralegal.

I have used Currie for years. Great attorney. Very displeased with the line of communication. Apparently they use email only as a line of communication. An email of my 16 year old sons traffics case was supposedly sent to email with the results and next steps. When I the adult called to check status of his case and was told an email was sent to him on the 7/21st and due 8/30. I asked how could I speak to someone at the court to request time being we only found out today 8/11? Was told nothing can be done because they communicate through email and it was sent to my again 16 year old son. Great attorney horrible use of communication. Need read receipt, email confirmation when it’s opened. Nothing. Injustice

Boy, where to begin? I had someone rear end me while driving, but I myself received a citation for reckless driving. I’m not from NC, but am stationed here. This firm WENT TO WORK. They got the entire case dismissed. I would day the price I paid them to resolve FAR outweighs the cost had I taken this to court myself. I would recommend again and again!
