My grandmother passed away and Trevor White became the executor. I am an heir and was left quite a few things. Trevor White tried to say that items were not left to me and even sent me an email saying that he thought I only wanted those items for my parents, which wasn’t true. As an executor, I didn’t think it was any of his business what I did with items left to me. I could have chopped them up and burned them and it still wouldn’t be any of his business. My grandmother left them to me, not Trevor White. He seems very arrogant and doesn’t seem to like to be questioned. I don’t trust the guy and I would never hire him for anything.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, ValueMy husband has nothing but issues with Trevor White. The communication is lacking as we feel he doesn’t keep us informed on the progress and it takes a long time (weeks sometimes) for emails or phone calls to be answered. The communication is inconsistent as he will send an email saying one thing, only to change his stance in the next email, which leaves us feeling very unbalanced. It has been a nightmare and my husband’s health is suffering because of the way that Trevor White conducts his interactions. Trevor White claims to be a Catholic and Marine, but we have not seen the integrity that is supported by these claims. We feel that he is not an attorney we can trust to have my husband’s best interests in mind. He seems to make decisions with little regard as to how it affects the people who are ultimately responsible for his billable hours. It has been a very stressful encounter and in hindsight, we would not hire him again or recommend him. My husband spoke with several attorneys in the area, who recommended that an unbiased fiduciary be hired, through the court, as Trevor White charged the estate $250 per hour to perform executor duties, and another $100 an hour for his assistant to take care of things like; cleaning out the refrigerator. A family tree was given away, even though this was not specified in the will. He reimbursed another heir for nearly $7,000 in dog expenses, but would not reimburse my husband for travel from Wisconsin, for spending an entire week cleaning out his mother’s home, or for burying his mother’s ashes. My husband demanded his resignation in November and fired him in March, but this was ignored by Trevor White. A safe that belonged to my mother-in-law was in Trevor White’s possession, even though we traveled from Wisconsin to pick up all of her belongings. He never mentioned he had any of her belongings until we saw a reference in his bill and asked him specifically about the safe. To us, it appears he is only interested in billable hours and is not an unbiased executor. We are both very disappointed and disgusted with Trevor White. Both Better Business Bureau and Arizona Law Board complaints have been made. Trevor White indicated in an email that he could charge my husband for the hours he spent on the complaint to the Arizona Law Board, which just seems really wrong. It has been a very disheartening experience. My husband has nothing but issues with Trevor White.
